zCAS is the mobile extension of the zLinkFM Condition Assessment application. zCAS will have functionalities to perform the Building Conditions Assessment effectively. The zLinkFM Conditions Assessment Module provides for documentation of all deficiencies related to the buildings, systems, subsystems and components, and estimation of the associated costs for repair and replacement.
